It's pretty great for what it is!

less to carry than an slr with most of the features.
well built and tough, this camera has many features you expect on an slr but without the need to carry 3 lenses. macro and zoom are both great and while its not small it's handy to throw in a bag.
It also has many features you don't find on an slr such as high quality video. while nothing can replace the features of an slr this camera is probably the best attempt made so far despite being a couple of years old (although i"ve not tried the new model yet).

It's okay for the money
One ratchet and one socket have split already... But it was very cheap so that's, to be expected.
It did work and had all the bits advertised though, the quality is just awful.
