  Item did not get delivered to me seller said it must have gone to wrong address but insinuated that I had received it. Said he would send me another one because they had sent the wrong item anyway. He said he didn't like my attitude at being upset at being accused of lying over not receiving item, so he refunded money, who in their right mind would cause hassle over a $12.99 order he should speak to Amazon and tell them to deliver to correct address in future.

  The mug warmer arrived in perfect condition. It appears much sturdier and more utilitarian than the last coffee cup warmer I bought, which failed in less than a year. The only thing is it says in the instructions that it is "strictly forbidden to leak the liquid in the container to the heating surface". This is laughable! The demise of all coffee cup warmers is spilled coffee. It's a matter of how resistant to spills they are. Time will tell. So far so good.
