This supplier was unable or unwilling to give details of the courier who said the product was ‘lost’ in transit but still advertising a lesser quantity of the product than I ordered. I cannot understand why the lesser quantity was not sent as a replacement with an adjustment to the cost. This is the second time a product has been so called ’lost’ in transit from E-Bay with the easy solution of a credit be issued. I am now getting very weary of buying through E-Bay or even looking on E-Bay.
