  Plant arrived totally damaged and had to be repacked during transit by Royal Mail.Sent photos of damage to seller asking for a refund but he insisted that I returned the debris to him but would not provide a return label or pay for postage. I contacted EBay and they arranged a refund for me.

  Received with thanks. Although seller made an excellent attempt to package well. I think soil too wet therefore packaging got wet and plant had to be repotted on arrival. Beautiful colour and is now fully recovered.
