Daily necessity - good product.
Does what it says on the tin!! Discreet and safe.

Disappointing.
The keys are hard to use, especially right hand bottom corner. Instructions not easy to follow. As with most products I had to download the instruction manual as not enough instructions with the telephones. I had to ring the help line for clearer instructions.
Having entered all known contacts, when the caller rings it doesn*t always come up with the name. I had no problems like this with my old BT phone. Very tempted to return to old model!
