  Seller was in constant communication to let me know about possible shipping delays - Very positive transaction. Seller did their part plus more. Very honest, respectful, and relatable eBayer. eBay does not have an option to extend handling time, and some mail carriers can take longer than others depending on area. NOT the seller’s fault.   This was by far a less than desirable transaction. Seller sent me a message stating he did not have money for shipping immediately after I paid him, even though I paid for shipping. Seller then clicked on a button saying the card was shipped, which it wasn't. After a week of no updates for shipping, I had to threaten to cancel my order and leave negative feedback. Then magically the shipping updated and my card was sent. If you don't have money to complete a transaction, then you shouldn't sell
