Silk and satin
1 of 1 found this helpful This is one of the more beautiful Barbie sets. The costumes are very lush and sumptuous, and the accessories, (earrings and even a sword!), are very cute. Barbie's face is more interesting and more beautiful than the usual vacuous Valley Girl look. Her eyes have a pretty almond-slant to them, and her hair is raven black.

LOTR Barbie and Ken
I love the movie, the characters, the actors (esp. Orlando Bloom). These dolls make me smile when I see them on display in my Barbie collection. The costumes are true to the movie, made of fine durable fabric, and the characters' hairdos are authentic. They are just beautiful.
