  The description said that it would be dispatched in 3 days and after a week I still hadn’t had any notifications so messaged the seller. The next day I got a reply and they updated the postage and told me they had indeed sent it off, later than anticipated, but still got to me before Christmas so ok (21st). Refunded me £1 for the delay which was nice of them. It was packaged well, in two backs and tightly so they didn’t bang against one another. Great value for around 50+ stones for about £15

  Because I had reached the first day of eBay’s estimated delivery window, and I had received no dispatch notification. I contacted the seller to enquire when they might expect to be dispatching this. The seller upgraded the postage and refunded me the majority of it! I certainly wasn’t expecting that and I thought it was very very kind and generous. My order arrived today and I’m absolutely delighted.

  Purchased item 10th Jan. Said item would be posted 3 days after purchase 48hr tracked. They weren’t sent out until the 18th Jan and I received the item on the 22nd Jan. It would have been quicker and cheaper to have ordered the item directly from Shein myself. Sadly the item arrived too late for my show. When I contacted the seller they were actually very apologetic and offered me £7 discount, the full refund on return of item and a fluffy pair of socks. Decided to keep item. Thank you!
