Battery not charging from day one

Bought this device, and from day one, the built-in battery is not working, and not charging. Hands free sound of the caller is very low, and the mic is not practically giving a reasonable sound level to my caller unless few centimeters from my mouth. Very disappointing. DO NOT recommend to purchase.
