Possible built-in print head problem.
2 of 4 found this helpful I have purchased several of the 8100-8600 series HP printers. All use the same print head and ink cartridges. I only had one that didn't give any print head problems. After about three years I finally fixed the problem...Purchased an Epson and 3-4000 prints it is still going. Changed the ink once and still no problems. Problem solved!

Original broke in a month. Seemed to come loose at the top. This one is sturdier and better designed. I have to use a battery and take it off occasionally and noticed that the edge of your glass screen is lifting but I'm pretty sure that's on me. A tooth pick with a touch of super glue will probably do the trick. My wife has a Galaxy 8+ but hers is original screen is cracked. Looks like you have another sale!
