1 of 1 found this helpful Very nice delivery and product, except one of the two included batteries was used and nonfunctional. The response was a a partial refund that will not cover the replacement of the faulty battery. Not happy with this response at all. Great tool set and like brand new ... very nice until you find the one battery that’s not only unwrapped, but VERY dusty and nonfunctional. The response is a partial return that won’t cover the replacement of the plainly used and faulty battery that was included in the purchase bought in good faith. Not happy with this resolution at all.
