This product used to be an amazing supplement, However, as of July 2019, this is no longer the case, as it now contains titanium dioxide, a possible carcinogen.

and many medications deplete this VITAL mineral from your body.
Do your own research, it wont take you long and you will be informed of its many capabilities.
Highly recommended Spray, and I highly recommend the book magnesium miracle by Carolyn Dean.

All doctor's, nutritionist's etc, go on about is calcium, well as you will see from the book, they are miles out.
I am coeliac so this is essential for me, as i seem to have a big issue with not having enough or absorbing it via food.
I use this after a bath, and before bed.
