Bought 2, one melted
I purchased two of these cables and they seemed fine at first... They charge, they register to the phone as being fast chargers. However both of them lost the solidity of their connection within a couple of days and are now wiggly when connected and come disconnected with almost no force applied. More importantly, just the day before yesterday I woke up to a burning smell and found that my charger which I left charging while I slept had gotten extremely hot and the plastic housing around the connecter that goes into the charger had melted. Thankfully I woke up, otherwise my phone could be been destroyed or worse, I could have had a fire.
