Been a Favorite for Years
Quality priduct. Gentle, no tugging to remove eye make up.

Not Effective
1 of 1 found this helpful Tried using this several times to give it a chance to do what it is supposed to do. I followed directions & took my time in applying. I was particularly interested in using this product on my lower lashes because mascara rubs off during the hot, sweaty summer months and leaves black residue under my eyes. After all the trouble of applying, it washed off by the next day. Mascara does a much better job. Will just use waterproof mascara in the future.
