It would have been better to pack in inside the bag with some kind of protection. I’m very happy with them it’s just an observation for future book postage. Good communication I always support BHF important charity. Good value as described packing could be improved for delicate items like old books.

    As described but must have been misplaced at the store it was at as it took nearly TWO weeks to get to me and that was after I contacted them a week after paying for it, it was well packaged and needed to be as the postman BROKE my letterbox posting it. It was a good price but with postage makes it a bit over the going rate but it’s for a good cause BHF so not too bothered. Thanks
