  Contacted Post Office first, then Ebay. You created label on the 7th of February but still haven't shipped as of February 13, 2023. (Item was supposed to be delivered on February 6, 2023, the day before you created shipping label.) Also, you collected the money on day of purchase January 26, 2023. You didn't ever respond to me contacting you three times so, there for you left me no alternative but to request a full refund for the item. Contacted Ebay to get a full refund.
