Good as a large diameter clamp, but can't do less than 30mm diameter even with some extra bending!

This review does not allow the zero star rating that these batteries deserved
These were secondhand, used batteries, dated as best before 2016 sold but "for smoke alarms". Six of eight arrived damaged that may have been due to very poor packing. All but one had a voltage that was less than 9V, one was a "0V" - no output. Fresh alkaline batteries would be expected to measure more than 9V when open circuit and at normal temperature. Most were in a worse condition than a battery removed after a year of use in a smoke alarms.

DANGEROUS
DO NOT BUY THESE ADAPTERS. I contacted the vendor to inform them that these adapters are DANGEROUS and was told that they would take up the issue with their supplier. The metal casing that forms the bayonet connection is electrically connected to one of the power pins - it should be isolated. There are published standards that apply to the B22 designation for this bulb base that is widely used in 240Vac systems. In some installations it may result in a blown fuse or a circuit breaker opening, however in some electrical items such as standard lamps this could expose people to a shock hazard that being 240V may be FATAL.
