Low-cost and highly effective.
1 of 1 found this helpful If you are a anxious person, this probably isn't your go-to sleep aid. It's an antihistamine, not a tranquilizer. And if you already use tranquilizers or other drugs containing diphenhydramine, you shouldn't use this. However, for most people and in particular for me, it's HIGHLY effective in helping you go down, without any side-effects on your mood or on your body. You may experience some dry mouth, though.
Use it wisely. Don't resort to addictive tranquilizers.

Excellent quality tea
It arrived earlier than expected and came with a super gentle hand-written letter from Vanessa.
I was delighted to have my first cup of Russian Caravan tea: it's smoky, but not 'lapsang souchong' smoky, very balanced, has a malty thing to it and a lovely touch of nuts. Smooth palate and rich scent. Goes well with breakfast but I would have it any time of the day.
Looking forward to buy again.
