Only arrived today, Saturday 6th because useless Evri didn't actually collect my parcel till Thursday when you had dropped it off promptly at the collection point on Monday according to Evri tracking. Don't know if it's worth you complaining but I'm happy it finally arrived and have learnt not to expect a decent service from them.
