  Out of 4 drives 2 were faulty. Seller was very helpful and within a week of agreeing a replacement the seller sent us information for drives to be sent to Singapore at their cost. Received 2 new ones within 10 days. There was a minor issue with one of the drives but again the seller was very helpful and resolved the matter. all now working fine. There is 5 year warranty with these drives.
