  Didn't like the fact it was shipped in a inverted chewys box barely taped together with the doll in a Walmart bag rolling around so it fell apart during shipping doll inside was crushed didn't state missing accessories but when contacted seller was told it's my fault should have looked at pictures better very nice to a visually impaired person yes it said used but communication was fairly snarky and rude and packaging for shipping was poorly done not a very good impression of thos seller

  sorry for the inconvenience, like I said when I reply immediately to your messages that i could have accommodated and given you a more detailed description of the items and issue. As far as the dolls box is damaged in all the pictures it wasn't crushed. IT WAS LISTED USED. You had zero communication up till shipping due to the USPS not updating tracking right away.
