You won't find a better saw
5 of 7 found this helpful I bought this and 4 other stihl 015 chainsaws because before I retired I was a stihl dealer fo 20 years. The 015 was one of my favorites because they were bullit prof. The mistake I made was not to keep one when I left the business. My plan is to take the 4 I have and make one very good one. Of the four I have all run to some degree, carb problems plague each. The biggest problem is the fuel they are forcing us to use. It is very hard on fuel system parts. Mechanically the saws , all over 20 years old are in decent shape.
Once you have been a stihl dealer you fall in love with the engineering and manufacturing prowess stihl has. I sold thousands of these stihl saws and had less than a half of one percent warranty claims.
With all the saw manufacturers out there stihl pays more attention to detail after they invented the first one man chainsaw in 1926. Enough said and thanks. Big moe

fits the bill for what i wanted
i am using it for brazing fume removal
