Perfect fit
Installed this for my daughter while her car was at work. It took less than 2 minutes. Pop rivet gun required.

General purpose replacement
The model I received (as shown in the photo) has 4 gears above the motor deck, and the standard 3 gears below the motor deck. The 4 gears allow for a sweep second hand, as opposed to the type with the 1 second pulsed hand, which only utilizes 3 gears. The internal structure of the housing did include the holders for chime/music contacts, as well as a slot to route the wires out of the case. That does however mean that you'll have to open the housing to install the wiring, and the gears will probably drop out of place in the process. There is a very good video on YouTube on how to reassemble the lower 3 gears and those with 3 upper gears, but I did not find a video for one with 4 upper gears. For that, I just studied the photo given here, and determined where they were to be placed. The parts of the 6 total gear model and the 7 gear model, for the most part, are not swappable.

As good as new!
Looked completely as new, and connected to my system with no problems. I keep one on my dresser, and another on my desk.
