Well packed, slight dip in the middle but I was able to straighten it. My issue is that the item description detailed 3 replacement keyboards but only 1 was sent. When queried, the seller claimed eBay was at fault for the inaccurate listing description, but I've never known eBay to be responsible for the written description. Seller suggested I buy 2 more for the same price as a resolve - which defeats my point. I could have pursued a case but I'll just accept it as is along with this review.
