  Really pleased with the Knitting pattern book. I have no idea why but the Royal Mail said it was underpaid on postage so I had to pay £3.50 to receive it. I did take a photo of the package but have no means of sending it to you. Certainly not a complaint as I can clearly see that you put 3 £1 stamps on it which in my opinion this should have been more than adequate, just thought you might like to check on weights in the future. I firmly believe that the Royal Mail got it wrong!

  HiI am so sorry that was the case - I agree. I went via the PO so they would have said that it was underpaid. And it's not that it was that big! However, I'm not happy to see you out of pocket. Can I send you some stamps to cover it? I've got your address and can easily pop a booklet of stamps in the post?
