  I was sent either an upgrade or substitute product of the same value. However, I was looking for the exact product advertised and shown in the item's photo. Seller responded promptly to all of my communications. Ultimately, my purchase was refunded in full. Still waiting for a prepaid postage label so that I may return the product.
