Deffect in Design
Rubber seal on dirty water reservoir came off, impossible to keep on because of tension. They said they will send a replacement, they haven't, still waiting.

Not comfortable with products
Product came in a clear plastic bag, unprofessional, not comfortable with it, I won't touch it, don't trust the product.
