  The guy sends my item in a plastic bag, with a paper bag scotch taped around the end. It was a GPU, delicate item, plastic bag. Then when I try to mail it back to him, with his shipping label(because I’m not even plugging that thing into my PC), he threatens me because I’m not buying a box to mail it and the usps won’t accept his packaging in the condition, or as delicate insured electronics. He tells me that I need to buy a box, nope, figure it out fellah. Did I mention, he threatens me.
