Almost Perfect!
1 of 1 found this helpful I can't argue the point of one persons review...as reviews are "somewhat subjective". However, at the same time, there are many critical factors that come into play when playing "ANY" album or any other musical format. Specifically, the kind and condition of equipment being used to render "Playback". From the turntable, age & condition of the stylus, power & condition of the amplifier, and most importantly...the type, condition, & power handling ability of the speakers. Obviously, these are the key components in playback of an album. Remember..."THE CHAIN IS NO STRONGER THAN THE WEAKEST LINK. Any "SUB-PAR" component in the playback chain, results in less than desirable listen pleasure. It doesn't help to have a "High End" amplifier...playing Thru "Dollar Store Speakers", or vice-versa. Hopefully my point has been made! I'm not saying any (or all) of this was the one reviewers case. I'm merely pointing out that there are many factors that may cause a poor playback of any album...including a poor quality album itself! I have "Very High End Components".... my playback experience with the album "I RECEIVED" (I realize there will be "some" variations in each and every album produced) was all but FLAWLESS! No pops, clicks, skips, nor any other detectable annoyances. Sometimes just "Properly cleaning an album before you play it...makes all the difference in the world, EVEN A NEW ONE!
Always clean & and use an anti-static brush on ANY album before playing!
HAPPY LISTENING!
