Quality anhydrous citric acid

Having used many types of citric acid I am now a firm believer that anhydrous is the way to go. 1. It is water free so doesnt clump together. 2. It is also a fine granular form of citric acid and dissolves in water easy. 3. You get more for your money because it is water free. ( monohydrate contains water! ) Granual size is about the same a a quality sugar. Disolving into hot water is quick with minimal stiring. The 25kg bag supplied is a tough bag with a plastic liner so you can roll up the top to seal out moisture. All in this is the best citric acid I have used, others supplied in small sliver pouches appear to be using monohydrate which takes ages to dissolve and goes hard in the pouch quickly due to the water content. This citric acid does not! Remember: Anhydrous is water free so by weight you get more for your money.

OK, but be prepared for problems.

For the price it is OK. Buckle snapped after a while and nearly lost bag up the road! Don't rely on the straps! Use decent cargo strap material. Not made of leather! Some sort of cardboard and plastic. I'm off to buy the real thing from the leather shop at sunny hunny.

Dubious authenticity

Links are highly suspicious. Crown on strap is very poorly outlined. Clarity of face is mushy. Font is imprecise.
