Draper let me down

I just do not understand the logic of the design engineers at Draper to produce torque operated tool that has no spurs on the shaft in the plastic handle. A ten-year-old would see that the shaft will not hold before they made the tool. I regularly buy Bosch. I do not want to buy non-British goods but regrettably, I am losing respect and trust in many UK manufacturers. Enough of my grumpy old man moans...
