Not exactly the same as Snap On but darn close
I bought this 3/8" torque wrench because I couldn't justify the price tag on a Snap On. Through some research I learned that this CDI was supposed to be "the same". At 1/3 the price I gave it a try. It does appear very similar. It looks like the handle is the same but the ratcheting head is different when comparing to a snap on.
Overall a good torque wrench for the money. Mine came in a blow molded case. The photo here shows a plastic handle, mine is metal. I'm a professional user and overall I'm pleased with this tool.
