This book is an absolute life changer. Massively reassuring, it gives you back the control you should have over your body and its wellbeing. The claims it makes are backed up by the highest quality research studies and published papers, much of which is routinely suppressed by hugely powerful bodies such as the food industry and giant pharmaceutical companies. After all, they want people to hang onto their bad and health- harming habits, or they’d go out of business. of course, they’re supported in that by successive governments for whom the economy and friggin endless ‘growth’ is more important than anything else, including the wellbeing of the nation. So this whole situation continues, with collusion on all sides step forward the courageous and loving Dr. Greger..:. I’m rambling a bit but this is a HUGE book with the power to transform your health (& society’s) purely by changing your eating choices. It’s not boring either: Dr Greger is a funny man and gets his message across in a very compelling way. I could go on and on but I won’t. I’ll close by saying that it’s possibly the most important book I’ve read, a genuine life changer, and if its subject matter interests you, don’t hesitate to buy a copy. I’m now buying in multiples to give a copy to everyone I care most about. Thank u Dr. Greger for telling us the unarguable truth.

Life changing.
This book is literally a life changer. For the cost of a cup of coffee or two. The truth (regardless of the consequences on the big Pharmaceutucal companies and the potential loss of income for them), fully backed up by the often suppressed research. Buy it and learn the truth about what your body needs. Fascinating and full of hope. Give your brilliant body a chance to heal itself: that’s what it’s dying to do! An unreserved ten out of ten from me.
