Peg spanner !
Made for the chrome surround which holds Shimano 1 key release crank bolts in place. Fits perfectly and enables the bolt surround to be removed for replacement or cleaning or crank restoration work. Fits other brands aswell, but not tried by me.
NOTE: BE CAREFUL OF LOSING TINY SILICONE WASHERS UNDER SURROUND WHEN REMOVING, THEY ARE IMPORTANT.
