Canon EF 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Lens
4 of 4 found this helpful Decided to buy this lens to replace the standard 18-55mm lens fitted to my Canon 30D. I already have an extra wide angle, so this 24-85mm would give me that extra bit of focal length that I wanted from a standard lens.
First thing that I noticed was the weight, there is some serious glass in this lens! Focus is fast, ultra quite, and runs very smooth. I also like the small manual focus ring behind the zoom ring, instead of rotating the whole of the front element like many others. I would recommend this lens to any that was interested in buying a similar model.

Excellent tyre for the road.
Needed a set of tyres for my wife's old bike. These fitted perfect and with new tubes also fitted they did the job just fine.
Easy rolling, these make the bike easy to pedal on the road.
Recommended.

Excellent quality camera, for a bargain price!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased this camera because I know what an excellent product it is. All metal case, built-in flash and a view finder that's easy to use in brightly lit areas. No touch screen to go wrong, just a large LCD screen for viewing the images & setup. Easy to zoom with a larger than normal toggle switch & lots of programmes for special situations. Don't fall into the megapixal trap! The image quality of this camera is superb at just 5Mp, why buy a 12/14Mp camera when you will probably never enlarge the images greater than your PC screen? I also have a 12Mp camera and it takes ages to store the image, even on a hi-speed SD card. This camera records almost instantly so you don't miss the next shot. Also has a video function that records well but is not HD. I can remember these selling new at £299 a couple of years ago, so this was a bargain on Ebay. Shop around for a good condition privately owned UK 'IXUS' model, not the US 'ELPH' models.
