  Seller sent the jacket with his/her hair still on the collar and when questioned, says that the description said 'needs a quick wash'. That's fine if it was soiled in any other way except your hair!! Grose!!

  Slightly baffled by this negative feedback since the item listing in question was a used coat jacket, with a description explicitly stating that it'll need a wash. Buyer then complains about the item not being clean. Buyer presumably struggles with basic English comprehension skills, and spelling too by the looks of it.

  Basic etiquette to give your clothes as quick wash if you are selling them as second hand! Doesn't matter if you mentioned that in the listing or not. And kudos on my English comprehension and spelling skills. What did I spell wrong by the way or did you just assume that my English skills are bad cause I have a foreign name and ordering a Deliveroo jacket!! Muppet!
