Decent quality, but...
2 of 5 found this helpful This is a review of the iPad mini 2 16GB, mine was bought used.
The device "looks" good, but the Home button is very cheap-feeling. It makes a horrid click sound not to be found on a regular iPad my wife has, or any of the iPhones/iPods in the house. I've read other people complain about the same thing so I know it is not just me/my particular iPad. I also read other people telling these people to "grow up", "get serious", etc. Those people need to get off boards and get lives.
The other issue is that I have weird glitchy problems in certains apps (like Brainium's Spider Solitaire) where I try to drag an item (i.e., a card) and it jitters and then bounces back, refusing to move.
Beyond those two things, the device runs good and is snappy, but those two things about it are real bummers. I would NOT get this device again - I would try a newer mini or a full-size.
