Rubbish
Too thin, too small, I threw them straight in the bin

Relief at last.
My wife had a shoulder replacement two years ago and has been plagued by a nagging ache in her shoulder and down her arm for ages. After trying lots of different products and pills she has finally found relief with this electric neck/shoulder pad. It's really well made and very easy and comfortable to use. It has the extra benefit of switching itself off after a certain time so if she happens to fall asleep with it on it doesn't overheat. All in all, money well spent.

Exactly what I needed.
Exactly what I'd expect from a big name like Thermos. Keeps my coffee piping hot for at least 6 hours. It holds 4 of the flask cups or 1 big mug, perfect.
