Replacement worked for us - as described.

Honeywell 7 Day Programmable Touchscreen Display Wifi Thermostat RTH8580WF

Good WIFI Thermostat.

We replaced a similar non-WIFI model thermostat from Honeywell and like these very well. The new thermostat was easy to setup (but needed to call honeyewell to get this released from prior customer so it could be accessed from the online web/app). My only complaint is that it forces you to enter a schedule for 4 day parts (wake, leave, return, sleep). Older thermostat allowed day parts to be deleted which made for quicker schedule changes in a business environment where we have 2 day parts (open, closed)
