Little beast
I wanted a scarifier that was small, light, compact, portable, battery powered. This little machine fits all the above requirements. I didn't bother buying the 'box' as they're useless on a scarifier so saved ~£30 there. I bought the twin charger for £40 which is fine. There's a choice of Einhell batteries available, I went for the 5.2ah *Plus* because they are the best though pricey at £86 each. The GE-SC-35 runs for over an hour on these batteries, it's quiet, powerful and even on the highest height setting it produces a large volume of waste (moss, weeds & thatch) very quickly. Can't fault it, I absolutely love this scarifier. One small issue is that the 5.2ah *Plus *batteries are a tight squeeze when inserted into the machine.

To buy these items individually would cost more than twice the price.
