Almost Excellent
As long-time gas cooktop users, we have strong opinions about minor details. This is a very good cooktop that could have been great.
The auto-ignition feature is flawless and is in our mind a required feature. If you've never had a cooktop with this ability, your life to this point has been an empty shell. It's a mystery why all gas cooktops don't have this.
Compared to our beloved and recently departed Thermador of 30 years, this cooktop has quieter ignition and quieter flame.
The five burners (three different sizes) provide an excellent range of heat outputs. Simmer on the two small burners is very good, and the large center burner is nearly thermonuclear. The grates provide a continuous level surface that makes pan / pot movement easy.
Now for the gripes. The medium sized burners are the most often used. For right-hand cooks, the most convenient burner is the right front. Unfortunately, that's a tiny 'simmer' burner on this model. The medium burners are left front and right rear. Nice if you're left-handed, I guess.
Flame adjustment is fair at best, with a very sharp drop-off in output near the 'low' end of the dial and relatively little change over the rest of the range.
The control knobs are mounted on somewhat flimsy shafts and protrude above the cooking surface by an awkward amount. They could have been recessed fairly easily, which would keep the knobs from nearly touching the cookware and getting hot.

Solid and heavy-duty - better than expected.
Very rugged, thick steel. I can't imagine that these will ever fail.

Great screen, solid performer
This seems to be the only reasonably priced 7" tablet with a full HD screen. This is my second - when the first one got broken after a few years of heavy use, I looked at new models and was sadly disappointed. Bought another of these instead.
