defective item

after ordering one found out it was defective, sent them a letter and they immediately replaced item and am now very satisfied. four star was only because first item was defective

Mislabeled

It did not fit my garmin nuvi 3790 which has to have a micro plugin, however it did fit my garmin nuvi 2597 so I will keep it as an extra
