This actually works!
1 of 1 found this helpful Tried a lot of repellents. As I'm not keen on spraying DEET anywhere near me, I've been on the lookout for something more natural that stops me being a midge banquet. This stuff does the job. As a bonus, it has a pleasant smell.
I highly recommend it and will be buying it again.

Didn't quite make it…
These lights look good in the photos. However, once in my hand and turned on, they emit quite a bright harsh whitish pale yellow light. If they looked like the photos, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They seem well made. However the colour of the bulbs lets them down. I've actually painted my bulbs to try and soften the colour a bit.
