Extra Enegry

Not Much Tingle
I think it's working fine, not much of a tingle like some. I've been using Beta Alanine for sometime now. My body is probably getting used to it. The tingle to me is not important, just as long as it does what it's supposed to do!

Lost 5lbs. So Far
