Brilliant sights with great features
These were a bargain price but there's nothing budget about the performance, clarity of vision is great over all ranges thanks to the amount of adjustment. The mil dot feature makes it easy to estimate elevation and "Kentucky windage". The amount of light gather in dusk or dawn conditions is amazing and with the illuminated reticle (red/green) makes target acquisition easy. The magnification range of 4x -12x is more than enough for most shooters. I've mounted these on my Weirauch 97K air rifle. Although it's a hefty springer I found that after zeroing them in at 35 yards they've never needed touching again as I find using the mil dot reticle negates this, but it does take time to get used to how many dots to allow depending on range. The final set up using full 12x magnification meant a 5 shot group in a 40 mm circle at 35 yards, I'm not a great shot but I was pleased with this, so the local Magpies can watch out now!
