Radio Pirates ahoy!

Very comprehensive and profusely illustrated history of radio pirates from the 1930's to the glory days and beyond. Written by someone who was there, the legendary Keith Skues. Informative and interesting and written in an easily readable style with the stories and anecdotes that make for a good read.

The one item you cannot be without

This is a great item and bought at a great price. Its versatility is only limited by your imagination. I can think of no other item that does so much in such a small package. I would'nt be without it. I wanted an ipod Touch with the largest storage. The item I bought was manufacturer refurbished but really appears as new. I feel that this product is without comparison and cannot be praised too highly. If I had'nt already bought it I would buy another one.

Back Pain Relief

This very handy cheap and versatile device is excellent value for money. I bought it specifically for decompressing the spine which it does effectively. It also stretches the back muscles and I can feel the benefit afterwards. In order to benefit you have to use the device regularly for a few minutes but having said that, it does work. I was considering buying a wooden shiatsu back stretcher but these were more expensive and less versatile as you can adjust the one reviewed here into 3 positions. So as your back gets used to it you can move to positions that best suit you. If you have back trouble I think it is worth trying for the money.
