Honoured to have been allowed to purchase this kit, it WILL be built and it WILL be flown, and will live alongside Adrian Britton’s equally rare ‘Off-Pat’. I had forgotten how Adrian used to hand make all these kits, the photo on the box is exactly that….a 6x4 glossy old-school PHOTOGRAPH! Standard issue on many German caravans. My originals lasted 18 years and so I hope these new ones do the same. Do not over tighten.

Retro feel and looks in a high tech camera.

High quality images can be produced from this complex, highly customisable camera. Some research is needed to extract the best from it as the manuals assume a lot of prior experiance of Panasonic cameras, in my opinion. Not a small compact camera and not a huge telephoto range either, this camera with it's fast aperture is ideal for indoor shots. Can be used as a point and shoot but comes into it's own when used as a manual or even semi automatic. The 4K photo option attracted me whereby high quality images are selected from short HD movie clips whereby precise action shots can be more easily obtained.

Quality flashgun for 550d and earlier cameras but not later 600D

Works well with 500D. I especially like the slave function. Confirmed does not flash or communicate with 600D in a reliably consistant manner. Good display, easy to adjust power through camera or back panel. Head does not swing right round to allow bounce from behind, minor criticism. Auto zoom noisy but cracking good value all round.
