  Gave me a neutral rating, because the dress didn't fit and she broke the zipper. But, didn't communicate with me at all. She never messaged me once. I would have happily refunded her the $6 and shipping, without returning the dress. I put measurements in the listing and tested the zipper before sending. I've really tried hard to keep a good rating and this is very disappointing. I only gave a positive rating because I didn't have a choice.
