Fixed creepong xbox one controller

This replacement part resolved the "creep" on the left analogue stick. Process is pretty straightforward if you watch a YouTube tutorial or two regarding the process. My only advice would be to ensure that you have a soldering iron which properly heats at the tip; my cheapy iron didn't, which made the job more difficult due to the confines of the solder on the board.
