Surprisingly good
First off, it’s flat pack which is cool. It weighs a good bit and seems sturdy enough. I’ve seen some not so favourable reviews online but I can’t agree with them. When built properly it provides a nice and solid home for my fur babies. Will see if it stands the test of time but first impressions are good

Works... kind of
It's a bit temperamental. Sometimes cooling mode won't kick in. Have to drain water away in a pipe to a bucket which is a nuisance. Especially if the bucket fills too high whilst you're sleeping. We've had two incidents now where water has leaked everywhere. One of which has stained our ceiling.
The plastic panels were not aligned correctly when it arrived so casing was part open.
Instructions don't give much info on both drain holes which lead to all the leaks. They're the biggest problem.
When it cools it does an ok job tbh. We only want it for the bedroom and need to vent the warm air out of the window. We plan on making a board that'll cover the window with a hole for the pipe. That should make things more efficient.
It's loud but you get used to it pretty quick.
Haven't tried the heat or dehumidify functions yet so can't comment.
In a nutshell it's better than nothing and certainly helps on the hot nights. Just wish there wasn't all these pipes that water drain out of. They really make it feel a negative.
Kind of regret buying it. Should have saved up for a more expensive model.
